Reviews summary
The community receives mixed feedback, with significant praise for its convenient location, close proximity to downtown, and accessibility to local amenities like Target and restaurants. Residents appreciate the spacious parking and the quiet, well-insulated units. Some positive remarks focus on the property’s amenities, such as the pool and gym, though there are mentions that maintenance of these facilities could be improved. Management and staff interactions see varied opinions; while some residents have found them satisfactory, others have reported frequent changes in management and less favorable interactions, particularly regarding maintenance issues and enforcement of policies like trash disposal. Noise is generally not a concern due to thick walls, making it suitable for remote workers. However, a few residents have noted safety concerns about loitering near the entrance and inconsistency in maintenance responses.
