Maintenance stole hundreds

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this apartment. Maintenance stole several hundred dollars worth of my belongings, and rather than replace them or reimburse me, they’ve told me I have to go through the apartment renter’s insurance that has a $500 deductible. The apartment manager told me in person that the situation was not handled according to policy, then emailed me saying that it was policy. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Rare Find with IMPECCABLE office staff.

I found Atlantic Brookwood in Dec of 24. Since living here, I have experienced nothing but outstanding support, consideration and quick maintenance response. I so love my space in the city! Property is well maintained and the leasing and management quickly tend to the details that make coming home enjoyable. Natalie and Lyric+1 truly care and it shows. Now the gate is another story...:-) Unbeatable price for location, well maintained grounds, peaceful to enjoy, professional and attentive office personnel. Definitely would refer a friend.

Not Buckhead Quality

This property is not Buckhead worthy. The units are poor quality, the tenants are poor quality. When they turn the units, they re-paint EVERYTHING; bathtubs, sinks, door frames/hinges that make every door pop and snap when you open them, vents, kitchen draws and cabinets break and come apart, etc. The doors are not sealed, the door knobs barely turn because they use interior door knobs for entry doors. It seems this place wings everything to save a few bucks instead of spending the money on quality to make things nice. There is no attention to detail that would make this place great. The stairs and patios are black and dingy. The at-your-door trash service just leaves trash all of the place because the tenants abuse the policy. Loud bass and music is prominent at all times of the day. Cars get booted for no reason during the day then the office has to get them to take the boots off. This complex is not worth the money, it's only a good location.

Apartments need to be updated. As the apartments hold nasty odors. We leasing explain everything that is included in the rent. STOP charging for trash pickup and pest control when its not being complete. STOP allowing maintenance to enter apartments without leaving an itemized invoice of what was completed. Thank.
