Lillian Square Apartments

Living here has generally been positive overall. Lived here about 8 years. It's a convenient location to my job and in a part of town I am most familiar and comfortable with. Monthly rent is within my budget and is lower than other rents in the area. Amenities are minimal comparatively speaking but well within what is charged for the rent. Property is well managed IMO and maintenance is generally above average from my experiences. These are fairly old and basic apartments but are still viable for living in. Like most other apartments, these have some faults but the manager and maintenance usually do what they can do correct most problems in a timely manner. However, patience is must sometimes for wanting things to get repaired and corrected here. There are quite a few apartment here and things go a bit slow at times and that should be expected. I'd rather live here, pay less and have more money for other things than be charged more for living elsewhere.

Lived here around 8 years. Generally, I am satisfied. Most issues are handled quickly and resolved satisfactorily. Communication is the key. If you have problems, then reach out to property manager. Pay rent on time, report issues and respect others. It's only as good as we all make it.
