Pet Deposits are refundable, Pet Fees are non-refundable and Pet Rent is also non-refundable.  RAM Communities follow a "No Aggressive Breeds" policy. Dog breeds not allowed are Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull or Pit Bull Mix, Chow Chow, American Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, and any other breed identified by Management as aggressive.
