This was a rough ride just moving in. The day of, noone was ready for us. No keys, wrong incentives, wrong keys twice. So many things wrong. Dog park bench is broken so you can't sit. Its full of mud, maybe add more grass and less dirt. The fountain doesnt work at all. Having to pay for hidden fees such as all the remote fees that we had no idea we were responsible for. Then you get a note on your door when u were just told about the extra $75 fee non refundable. So for a storage garage, I have a key, keypad and they make you pay for the remote. Ants all over kitchen on day of move in . I bought my own insect spray. The office is clearly short staffed or not trained properly. Noone knows whats going on. Noise in downstairs apartments is so loud. Bay window was supposed to be our unit surprise it never had the bay window. Gate is broken. Bees SWARM the pool. Everyone complains at the pool but apparently nothing gets done about it. Some of the computers dont work in office. The people at the office tell you one thing and then another says no, never heard of that.....such as the broken fountain which was a selling point to us. It has yet to work but staff said we were getting a new one. Surprise, when I asked the girl at the office the other day, no we are not getting a new fountain or fixing this one?! I would love to work in the office. Cust Serv is key and they are lacking. They are there to make to fill the units and keep the residents happy. Its all fake. They need major training! Old appliances, old color cabinets. They are the old complex & are competing with the newer ones at the same price. The other day there were over 50 units still available, lol! I have never seen anything like this. Time to upgrade things if you want to compete. Trash is in the grass & woods area like construction cones, cans, wrappers, etc. I work from home and I have never heard so many people come in and out of one unit underneath me. This place is a bait and switch! Utter disaster!
