A Closer Look at the Six Plans Plan letters group by bedroom count: the A series is the smallest home, the B series covers two, and the C series covers three. All six sit inside the same Melbourne community.   One Bedroom: The A1 Plan The A1 plan fits a single bedroom and one bathroom into 616 square feet.
