102940 Overseas Hwy/ Residential

I've been here for 1 year, it's a very convenient property to live. The apartments are above a few businesses, which can sometimes be noisy during the day but evenings are usually very quiet, at least since the person living in middle apartment moved out thank the heavens. You're not going to find a better spot for the price in Key Largo, it just doesn't exist elsewhere since all the property is owned by rich people who don't even live in the Keys full-time and have no realistic understanding of what pricing should be. Isn't that fun?

The parking and management of the property is great. The exterior of the building is well-built, and road noise is reduced quite well. Interior walls, however, are paper thin. I'm not sure why it was built this way, but the large amount of tile and tall ceilings make it so you can hear a pencil drop in the next unit. It doesn't help that the middle unit is occupied by someone with a newborn...

Moved in Christmas 2024. Love the location, a mile to work and walk it every day. Love the price, especially down here in the Keys: $2000/m $45/m electric. Love its age: built in 2020, the whole structure is brand new! Love the space, two story living area with large dormer to let even more light in! Upstairs is bedroom, bath/shower, small, but walk in closet w/ high ceilings and a Large stackable washer/dryer. Vegetation is all around as mature trees provide great shade for cars and the sun doesn't cook thru my windows. Yes, I'd recommend this place to others, unfortunately there are only 3 units. Downers: no amenities: pool, gym, yard, outside spigot to rinse dive gear. Still love it!
