Echo Lake

I love our garden and truly appreciate the staff of the management company. It's very sad to watch our beautiful lake gradually become overgrown and poorly maintained. My family doesn't use the outdoor kitchen because it isn't very clean.

I live here and it is pretty neat and tidy. Maintenance has always been punctual. I think its a lil overpriced especially for the amenities. The gas is always out at the fireplaces when I go. Gym is ok but doesn't have a bench. Its like $150 maybe per month and i cant even drive in without paying extra for the little gate transponder. Not that the gates are even funcitonal for more than 2 weeks at a time. I seem to have frequent issues with the gate fob entrances too and end up reaching over to unlock it. Its like aight tops. Im only here for LECOM so im not gonna complain that hard bc its temporary, but it aint luxury ill tell you that much. The actual unit im in is clean and sturdy. Its an apartment, what can I say, leases are dead ends. Im throwing $2k away each month to NOT have equity. Seriously what the H - E - double hockey sticks. Rent used to be affordable but the private equity mindset has turned everybody into lil stingy penny pinching money grubbers. There is a gator in the lake we call Gublets and I like him, but if he eats a toddler or Shi Tzu that will be two thumbs down from the powers at be. Community is pretty quiet, Only lil delinquents are the ones riding their electric scooters through the breezeways fixing to pancake granny or another shi tsu (Tzu? Zu? Zoo?). Wow cant believe I have over 600 characters left until you guys will finally accept this review I feel that length is awfully excessive and I could've gotten my point across much sooner but I belive truly that you value my opinion and as the customer is always right I feel endowed upon me a golden mic on which to speak and share my wisdoms. I grip the edge of the podium with fortitude and ask you, echo lake one final question. Why is Mr. Bulgogi always the answer to every question. I cant go 10 mins without getting an emial that says "Mr Bulgolgi is performing miracles and raising literal humans from the dead come get a spring roll and free rent today only and probably the whole week too.
