Reviews summary
Parkwest is praised for its historic design and great location, with some residents appreciating the views and helpful staff, particularly noting Angela for her patience and understanding. The building offers various amenities such as a rooftop deck, high-speed internet, and professionally landscaped outdoor spaces. However, multiple reviews highlight concerns regarding maintenance, with some residents finding the service unresponsive and rude. A common issue among reviewers is smoke from cigarettes and other substances around the building, as well as noise disturbances. Although some positive experiences with the staff are noted, other feedback points to dissatisfaction with management's communication and supervision.

There is too much cigarette smoke. We are constantly without a desk phone. Maintenance is not helpful and spends his time talking to thefront desk on in private phone calls,

The maintenance man is rude. I have a problem that he refuse to help solve. He spoke to me as if I invent it. He implied that I imagine the chronic noise that I hear all the time. He is rude in his tone and manner and especially in front of other staff at the desk, when he feel supported. It is high time we get another maintenance man who was not molded by DARO Mangement.
