The smell of cigarette and pot smoke is everywhere. This morning, there was a cigarette butt on the floor in the hall. There is zero enforcement of the no smoking policy other than emails that get ignored. The trash rooms are gross - no one uses the recycling bins correctly using them to throw out food and bagged items, which smell at worst and aren't recyclable at best. Tenants ride motorized bikes and scooters in the building. Most of my issues are not with the building, per se, but the neighbors and the lack of enforcement of the rules.
