Sturdy & spacious 1920s construction with commercial infill. Disappointingly the gym requires membership. Curtious community with really only the laundry room & mail lobby as shared space. Adjacent to bustling Wisconsin avenue but inbetween neighborhoods/metro stops.

I have been living here for over 2 years. The building is always well maintained and the staff are very responsive to any questions or issues. The location is excellent as it is close to public transportation, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I have always felt safe not only walking around the neighborhood but also when within the building's interior spaces. I would highly recommend this building to singles and couples who require comfort, convenience, and are on a moderate budget.

I just moved in last week and so far it's been great. The unit is well kept. I didn't see the place before signing so it was already a gamble, and there were a few things I wish I had asked about/noticed before. (The bathroom doors don't fully close, there is no dishwasher, the trash disposal is on the ground floor--no trash rooms on each floor, etc.) These are all minor compared to the lovely size and cleanliness of the unit and building. Overall, seems like people love living here. Short walk to groceries and some restaurants. Emergency maintenance did not answer/get back to me when I called, but I hope that it was a one-time thing. I like that the packages are stored in a locker in the lobby.
