The Waypointe and Tea House

Apartments are cute and spacious, amenities are nice. Parking is a mess...cars are speeding in and out of the garage, we can't park on the first 2 levels yet we pay to have parking spaces...maintenance team will mark things complete and they're not done, say they'll come back to fix things then they don't. Some people in the office are super kind and some are nasty and have attitude. If you have considerate neighbors you are golden but if you don't the building can't do much to help you.

There is always a barking in the hallway. There is always an off leash untrained dog attacking me, be it in the dog run area, or in the hallway in front of my apartment door. Most the dog owners don't seem to be able to read with how often they allow their dogs to relive themself right in front of signs that say "Keep of Grass" or "no dogs allowed". I can barley walk through the main entrance because of the smell of dog Urine, and I can barley use my balcony or open my window because of the smell of dog urine. The parking garage always smells like gasoline because people idle their vehicles and aren't even inside them, or like dog urine. It's been this way for past 8 years and it has only gotten worse, every complaint made falls on deaf ears and blind eyes as the camera system doesn't seem to work.

Maintenance team - you need more of them. It would be nice if the management team paid as much attention to the living areas as the communals spaces - my floor is in need of a repaint. Why raise rent every year?
