This place is a joke. They go through property management like no tomorrow. The new manager has no clue what work orders were put in with the last one. And when you try to get them to fix anything it’s an argument, or you’re treated like a hassle. The current property manager is rude, and jumps on any chance to evict long standing residents she can when she has no true standing in court. But they keep the ones who should be evicted. They pick and choose who they want to allow to break the rules, which should be kept the same for everyone. They don’t even vacuum the hallways In the buildings. Even after replacing the carpet years ago. They don’t take care of the buildings, they do no upkeep unless they have to. Words spoken by the long standing property owners to another resident. But they think they have the right over the past 5 years to continue to increase the rent, just because they think these dinky 2 bedroom apartments with no dishwasher is worth 1300/1350. Don’t get me started on the guy they have mowing and plowing snow. There is set quiet times for these buildings but yet, the guy will mow and plow only to his convenience. Good luck trying to sleep in the morning on a snow day or when getting home from a third shift. He only plows at hours of his convenience. I worked third shift for a long time. I had to complain about how the driveway was never plowed for me to leave multiple times for them to have him plow so I could go to my job, which for anyone in healthcare, you know snow isn’t a valid excuse to not go in. Save your money, time, and hassle. This is the second property I’ve lived in owned by this family, the 2 brothers split their assets long ago, and they’re both the same. They make empty promises in regards to upkeep. They told me when I moved in years ago they were going to replace my windows… 7 years later it never happened..
