Although I have only been living here since May 15, 2026, I have been very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this community. There are so many great amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful resort-style pool with plenty of comfortable seating, grills, and even a pizza oven. The clubhouse is beautiful, and there is also a dog park and spa, which really add to the overall experience.
The apartments are thoughtfully designed with high ceilings, modern finishes, and smart technology that make them feel upscale from the moment you swipe into your unit. Everything feels updated and intentional.
The staff has been friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are conveniently submitted through the resident portal, and the maintenance team has been prompt and responsive whenever needed.
The only downside I have experienced is parking. If you arrive home later in the evening, usually after around 8 p.m., many residents have already taken the spots closest to their buildings, so you may need to drive around a bit to find a space. It is not a major issue, but something to consider, especially for families with small children. There is also the option to rent a garage for an additional fee.
Overall, this has been a wonderful place to call home, and I have truly enjoyed living here so far. As a mom of two young children, ages 5 and 3, having a safe, beautiful, and well-maintained community has been especially important to me, and this community has exceeded my expectations.
