Bell Flatirons

As a 16 year resident, I have had a lovely ti.e living at Bell Flatirons. The views alone are with it. However, I safely raised 2 children safely, who are now healthy adults with respect for nature, neighbors and cleaning up after their animals. This is a lesson they learned from other people's failure to do so, and probably the thing that bothers me most because the land in which to walk dogs and see children play is generous here. It makes the apartments feel like home. Soon we will have some trick-or-treaters. Last weekend there was an engagement party with live music in the Community Center. The concierges are so helpful setting those kinds of things up. The maintenance staff works really hard to help keep this community of 1200 units function and stay pleasant. The residential services staff are great for answering all the weird questions we come up with for them, and they keep track of lost dogs, lost keys, lost garage door openers...you get the point. As the community settles into a friendly pattern it feels like a neighborhood more than a "complex," well it is on you to get out and meet people.

My dad and other friends have lived there at different times. I always loved it, I love the environment and all the amenities it's been a dream of mine to actually rent to own hear. Because its such an open feeling of a community there and feels so safe and comfortable.
