The unit is in a nice location, and the parking is nice. Good back patio facing the river. When I got to the unit, the floor was sticky, and the place smelled like cat pee. Tried to clean the floor, but it is perpetually sticky, so I'll need a heavy degreaser and de-urinizer.

In the time I've been at your Dream Island property in Steamboat Springs the experience has so far been positive. The on site management is great. Snow removal and other maintenance has been great as well. My place is small but nice. The HUGE downside is the upcoming increase in the monthly rent. $2250 a month is just plain robbery for a small studio with no washer/dryer, no mail delivery, no recycling or any other amenity for that matter. Just down the road is another complex that for about the same price has a plethora of amenities including those mentioned above plus a weight room, roof top deck, cafe and common area plus probably some others I can't remember. The vast majority of people who need housing can't afford what is being asked but as you have them basically over a barrel they have no choice. I really can't believe that $2250 a month is the so called "market value" for what is little more than a jail cell in size. This is just plain unadulterated greed.
