I moved into Farm Haus expecting a stable, well managed home. Instead, my wife and I spent our time chasing repairs and accountability. Serious problems were repeatedly met with responses that felt dismissive, incomplete, or focused on closing tickets.
Move in during November and December 2024 had paperwork and condition problems. The unit was not clean enough, carpet was coming up, and the guest bathroom toilet did not work from move in. In January 2025, after weeks of bathroom problems, the cause was found: a plastic soda bottle lodged in the drain line from construction. We paid for a two bathroom apartment while one bathroom was not reliably usable.
We reported ants and were told pest control would call before coming over. In my experience, I came home before the expected time and found the vendor already inside my apartment. The issue itself was bad, but the lack of care afterward was worse.
Common areas had food, trash, smells, and debris where we walked with our senior dog. Dog park benches were unstable and could tip. After this was reported, seating was removed, and as of May 2026 there are no benches.
We also had breaker concerns, missing packages, glass near the dumpster, and parking notices while towing at resident expense was threatened. An electrician focused on my battery backup instead of diagnosing why a circuit tripped under normal use. That felt like another issue minimized instead of investigated.
The air conditioning struggled to cool. Around March or April 2026, it happened again. It was refilled again before a technician worked about nine hours. We have video of a leak in the utility closet and outside. We reported high bills and health concerns.
In May 2026, the package locker system changed without clear communication. Old codes stopped working, new codes worked, and I was charged daily fees for picked up packages. Nobody treated those charges like they mattered.
