Reviews summary
Residents of this property appreciate the high ceilings, cleanliness, and convenient location near the light rail and shopping centers such as Costco and Target. Many praise the friendly community and responsive maintenance staff. Positive feedback highlights free coffee, the presence of a hot tub, and a reasonable parking situation.
However, some residents express dissatisfaction with the maintenance of amenities, particularly the pool, which has been frequently out of service for multiple summers. Additionally, noise from the nearby interstate and issues with office staff, specifically a staff member named Floyd, are noted concerns. The property's proximity to public transportation and local restaurants is seen as advantageous, though some feel the grocery store is a bit far to walk.

The maintenance staff is fantastic and responsive.
The location is great since you're right next to the light rail, but its also very noisy since the interstate is also right there so be prepared for that. Grocery store is technically is walking distance but its a bit of a hike, and there are local restaurants nearby as well.
The amenities are great on paper but they've been under seemingly constant maintenance for nearly the entire time I've lived here 3+ years. For example, the pool area was closed for the large majority of that time.

I have lived here in couple of units since this complex opened in 2016 and have seen different companies come and go along with a high turnover in staff, especially since Willow Bridge Properties took over.
The newest office staff member Floyd is the worst we have ever had here. He is annoyed by you just for talking to him, he is rude and doesn’t listen or try to help. He literally tells you that he will NOT call you back with an update and then he ends the conversation (if you can call it that) with one of those verbal middle fingers by cutting you off mid-sentence with a “Have a nice day”, gaslighting at its finest. Willow Bridge describes on their website how much they care about their tenants but in reality they allow their employees to disrespect and mistreat us instead.

Too many extraneous extra billing (2 trash payments, etc)

The comolex is overpriced and the pool amenities have been out of service for two summers now.

Love how it is really close to the light rail station and close to Costco, Target, etc.
