Our 2 bedroom apartments feature balconies and in-unit washers and dryers. Built in 2011 and remodeled in 2016, the quality and workmanship of the building are impeccable! If you're looking for a beautiful home in a great location, give us a call - we'll be happy to help you out. Our apartments are long-term rentals, requiring a full 12-month lease. Utilities included are water & sewer, and trash & recycling. Residents are responsible for electricity and gas for their unit. Sorry no pet dogs, but cats are welcome!
