Arbor Villas Apartments

I’ve lived here for over five years and I like my apartment. Maintenance is fantastic and always ready for anything that happens. It’s a wonderful quiet place except for the children that play can get a bit loud especially at night because it’s quite here. Very friendly neighbors. No place is perfect but the staff works hard to help and make our living here a place we want to really be.

Change of staff and maintenance very often. Change in parking policy very often. Gets confusing. Office/rec room closed to tenants. Must go to office/complex across street for any needs or events. Requests can take a while, whether it's a return call or less important maintenance. Rules for kids riding toys are not enforced, but kids area not really made for early teens. Area by it could be made to accommodate. Office and Rec room really should be available like they used to be. Latest parking could be improved, as well. Residents need parking. Vendors don't need that many spaces open for them 24 hours. Handicap spaces are very few for very many in need.
