I’ve lived here for 4 months; Don’t move here! Wasps/spiders/roach infestations are beyond unacceptable. The amount of wasps and spiders here are terrifying. My dog and three of my neighbors dogs have all been stung within the past 6 weeks. We all have multiple vet bills for stings, spider bites, and fleas. Our pets never had fleas before their dog parks. Everyone has reported the issues but nothing is done. Additionally, if you’re considering moving for the “gated” security, dont! The entrance gates are left open 98% of the time, only the exit gates close after hours and on weekends. “24hr onsite security” doesnt exist. This past sunday I found a person in the dumpster when I took out my trash.. I dont like to judge others… my point is that I’d expect that if we weren’t paying for a gated secure community. They lie about the number of vacant units on their website to try to keep their “fluctuating” prices up based on the facade of demand. They only post up to 3 units of each size to drive up prices but you’ll notice a lot more are open and people are always moving out. I have not met one person thats been here for longer than their original lease… and you’ll realize why.

I love the location of the complex and the quietness of the complex, both inside the complex and in the neighborhood. I love the landscaping and the walking sidewalks within the complex. The layouts of the apartment buildings and the apartments themselves are great. The high ceilings and granite countertops make the inside of the apartment feel very high-end. Overall, great place to live for the price.
