I think for first timers it’s good, parking isn’t great, maintenance is great, staff in office can be nice and helpful, it gets loud with train and some type of truck construction site. Had some issues but they were resolved.

When I fist moved in parking was an issue. They have since improved on the parking policies and have created more parking spaces. Now I have no complaints about that. When touring the property the leasing agent took us to a model unit near the pool. She emphasized that the windows blocked about a lot of the sound. Which was impressive. We ending up renting a unit near the play ground. Our windows did not block out the sound. I can often hear the kids screaming outside. If they could improve anything, I think they can upgrade the windows. The maintenance staff is usually pretty good, but there is one in particular that does the bare minimum. For the most part they do fix things within a reasonable amount of time. The laundry services were poor in the beginning. A lot of them did not work. They have since improved their laundry facilities by painting and changing the flooring, they have better washers and dryers but they still do break down from time to time. Now that the housing market has sky rocketed, they were charging 2100 just for a one bedroom and honestly that's a lot for not even having a washer and dryer in the unit. Since the housing market has gone up they have since been increasing my rent over 100 dollars a year. I really don't think that is reasonable. I do think they keep up the property pretty well and clean.

I love living here. Found this little gem by accident and I am so glad I did. Fun activities amazing amenities close to the freeway shopping downtown upland district. Reasonably priced. Staff is amazing and always helpful.
