Everything was great

Reasonable price, mediocre quality

Living here for slightly over a month. Location is good and safe, within walking distance from major stores and close to main roads. The property is old and not very comfortable for living. All apartments face in the same small courtyard, which may become very noisy and even crowded. The neighborhood is friendly, so not a big deal but may get annoying. Overall quality is fair, considering local rent prices. Nothing is particularly fancy but most of the stuff is functional.
