My husband and I have been living here for about a year and 5 months. The apartments are spacious, and the community is overwhelmingly welcoming and calm. Julio has been the most consistent, receptive, and attentive member throughout our time living here. All other staff members have been kind and receptive, doing their best with limited resources to make the most of the property and the constant changes in office management.
However, the minimal resources supplied to maintain and upkeep the property amenities are concerning. For example, the jacuzzi/hot tub has not been functioning correctly since we moved in over a year ago. It is only slightly warmer than the pool, which is extremely cold. Despite multiple requests, it still hasn't been fixed. Additionally, many washers and dryers are often out of order, and the parking situation is a constant issue. There are not enough parking spots, and people continuously park in the wrong spots due to the faded numbers that haven't been repainted. Despite minimal improvements to the property amenities, rent continues to increase. With additional resources directed towards improving the components that concern tenants, this property has the potential to be a marvelous complex.
