I've lived in this community for over 7 years now. There is a very low turnover rate for obvious reasons. Greatest value in the surrounding area, safety, and great management.

The place was built in the 1920's. Ceilings are extra high. 10' wide grass strip between the 4 duplexes on each side. Great location in northern Santa Ana near the Floral Park neighborhood.
