The facility lacks amenities, neighborhood people use the garbage cans and the tents pay for it and you can hear everything that the people outside the building are saying. At night it is difficult to sleep because you can hear the neighbors conversations.

Greystar has many more requirement and frequent inspections with photographs taken, Local management changes at least yearly and is often unable during stated office hours,

Superior location. Great parking, close to nature. Plenty of shopping close by.
Maintenance is lacking.
I'm moved in last year Sept 2022, still waiting to have unit repairs done.
Kitchen faucet leaking, No balcony porch light, Stairwells were to be steam cleaned. all are filthy.
My Microwave is still broken since I moved in... not sure what is going on.
Sign says Luxury units, not so much. :( Rents are a little high for such poor service.
