Village Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of living in an apartment that I simply must rave about. The location was phenomenal, I was just a stone's throw away from all the best restaurants. Not to mention, the surrounding neighborhood with tree-lined streets. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone in search of a comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located living space. It truly exceeded my expectations.

The apartments are a good size, and everything provided is good quality. There's no extra parking for visitors, but the building is in a good location if you want to meet up with friends or loved ones outside of the house. The area itself isn't the best, but it is close to the school and the downtown area. Not too loud, we barely ever hear the neighbors. Some outside messes are left for a little too long, but any problems are repaired pretty quickly. Overall, a generally stress-free place to live.

- Amenities in or outside the apartments are never fixed - New management does not live in apartments so doesn't care about the living conditions - If you live with your window facing the inside, get ready for the new bright inside lights to be on 24/7, buy blackout currents - loud construction or leaf blowing for 8 am to 7 pm every day of the week - Management does not tell you when there is a problem with the amenities or access to them like when they're shutting off the water - literal throw up on the stairs for months and no apartment manager bothered to listen to complaints until they visited - paying for amenities we can't use like broken washing machines -unsanitary, unwelcoming, can't wait to move out under this new managment
