I lived here for over a year and my experience was extremely disappointing. This place markets itself as a "luxury" apartment, but it is nowhere close to luxury for the price you pay.
Security is a huge issue here. Endless amounts of packages get stolen and there is absolutely no real security on the premises. It's a constant problem and management does not seem to take it seriously. Recently there was also a mass car break-in where over 50 cars had their windows smashed in the parking areas. That alone should say a lot about how little security there actually is.
On top of that, they will take your entire security deposit for outrageous and unnecessary charges when you move out. Even if you leave the apartment in good condition, they still find ways to deduct large amounts for things like painting and cleaning that are clearly just normal turnover between tenants.
To be very clear: I did not hang a single thing on the walls, I did not mount a TV, and I did not make a single hole in the walls. There was absolutely no wall damage whatsoever, yet they still charged for REPAINTING AT $439 as if repairs were needed.
For the amount of money you pay to live here, you would expect much better management, better security, and a property that actually feels like a luxury community. Unfortunately, that is not the reality here.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.
