Needz rto improve we need a manager omn site I lost again another boolk for my school we need to reinforce security inthge building, a manage. On site is required by law in a pl,ave weitn more than 10 units this place has more than 100 and no manager on site that is a penalty the caroets are fill of germs need to cleaned or better repolqced which I learfned thay sdhpoulf be repalacved every7 yers I’vetalked to p[eoplkethat has been livingh here for more than 20 years and tehn carpet hasn’t been changed….. so there’s lots of froom fopr improvementy there muast be a communirty room for tenants I haven’t findit. I don’t know whrn the last funmiugation hap[pened in my floor/unit, I’ve seen some coackroaches and is nmot nice MY wimndow’s view is depriment, I don’t feel management really care abouat me as a person as always I feel the only thing they care about is my money. We all are living in a difficult moment but as a tenant we are more prone to be kicked out rather than find a solution that is good for both parties. Thanks fopr the opportunity to express my opinion. I am open to support my neighbors and help them to understand the principles of a thriving community, the benefits of good practices on sustainability the halls are sometimes with food or other garbage we need to have a real securitry system we don’t know if the cameras relly work and I personally request them to work this is the second time I lost a book importanrt for my school and both books were not cheap, we need to improve security and cleanliness, URGENT.

I have been living at the facility for almost a year and found it very pleasant to live. The staff and people are friendly. The tenants even offered help to get me moved in when I first moved in. The staff went extra mile to provide convenience for me to park my car so that I can unload my stuff. The living environment is pleasant to stay on.
