I have had an extremely disappointing experience with the property management at this building. Communication has been consistently limited, deflected, or shut down entirely by the property manager, making it difficult to address legitimate tenant concerns. Rather than working in good faith to resolve ongoing issues, management has taken a retaliatory approach, forcing tenants to escalate matters simply to be heard. Requests related to safety and maintenance were not handled with urgency or care and there was no demonstrated effort to make tenants feel secure or supported in their homes. they put a dispute on my credit simply because I was asking them to fulfill a maintenance request A property manager’s role should be to foster trust, transparency and tenant safety. Unfortunately, this experience reflected the opposite with total a lack of accountability, poor communication and an unwillingness to engage constructively. I would urge prospective tenants to carefully consider how issues are handled here once a lease is signed. You property is not secure, your packages will get stolen without any empathy from the property management
