Park 12 - The Collection

Living here is very pleasant..love the staff and my neighbors! everything about it is great! . keep us up to date what's going on around downtown .sometimes they have stuff going on right inside the building at the social bar.. There's a full arcade downstairs .golf putter pool tables and even two bowling alley Lanes! I live on the 7th floor which is great because the pool and barbecue is right outside my door! don't plan on moving anytime soon!!

I've been living at Park 12 for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The best parts? The modern finishes in the units are really well done—sleek, clean, and definitely a step up from a lot of what’s out there in downtown San Diego. The pricing is competitive for the area, which is a huge plus, though it does feel like it's right on the edge of being expensive for what you get. That being said, for a property at this price point, I would have expected a few more high-end touches. No smart locks, no waterfall islands, and some of the common areas are starting to show their age a bit. None of these are dealbreakers, but they do make you pause when comparing to some of the newer luxury options popping up. All in all, if you're looking for a well-located, modern apartment with solid pricing (especially compared to some of the even pricier options nearby), Park 12 is a great choice. Just know that while the units themselves feel fresh, the amenities and common spaces don’t always match that same level of polish. There is new management though, so we don't know what to expect from here on out! Stay tuned!
