I have been living here for the past almost 3 years in September. I work across the street at a community clinic so this place is convenient for me. It has everything around me. Restaurants, bars, kids school, and work of course. I have my own parking spot. It has its own gym (which I never got to lol). I would give this place a 5 for ebrything but I have washer and dryer hook ups and im not allowed to have any in my apartment complex due to noise issue and complaints from neighbors. I think to myself it is an apartment complex. There will be noise so deal with it. Right now during the pandemic I would have love to have some so I wouldn't go to the laubdry mat and risk getting infected or my kids. Specially since one of my children is infected with Covid-19 and I am quarantine I have no way of doing my laundry now. So I hope that changes soon for the safety of everyone. I also live in the 2nd floor int he back for he front apartments, no elevator and there are laundry rooms in the apartment complex but I have to go down the stairs and inside the building and up the 2nd or 3rd floor elevator to get to the laundry room. Its really time consuming and its easier just to go to the laundry mat but thats dangerous too. So I will rate everything a 5 star once they allow every resident to have a washer and dryer because a lot of my neighbors have them except for me and its frustrating specially when you have a toddler and 2 kids. Also where you grill most of them are locked and I was told not working so I am wondering if they will be unlocked after the pandemic. Another thing is there are a lot of homeless and thats not a problem for me except when the front door is not locked and they come in and there are kids everywhere so thats dangerous. Also idk why but since I live here I have had 3 or 4 managers. One time thwre was none for months it was crazy. But either than that I am happy where I am at specially during thos pamdemic.
