We've been here a full year now, and looking back, most of the issues we've run into are resident-driven, not management or the property itself.
Pros:
-Office staff is wonderful — always helpful and friendly
-Great location: close to the highway, public transit, food, stores, gas, and shopping
-Quiet neighborhood overall
-Amenities are nice — nothing over the top, but well maintained
Cons (mostly on fellow residents, not the complex):
-Parking: Each unit gets one first-come space; everything else is street parking. It would work fine if people parked considerately, but too many residents take up more space than they should — including leaving cars parked in the same spot for longer than 3 days — leaving nothing for anyone else.
-Trash: There's daily pickup, but people pile trash in the closets instead of using it properly, which clogs the chutes. Bulk items also get dumped on the first floor instead of disposed of correctly.
-Mailroom: The door keeps getting broken by residents, and then people are surprised when mail goes missing. Can't have it both ways.
-Hallways: Would look a lot better if people cleaned up after their dogs and didn't leave trash or messes behind.
-General upkeep: A number of younger residents seem to treat the place pretty carelessly — this isn't a dorm.
Bottom line: the complex itself — staff, location, amenities — is genuinely good. The wear and tear comes from other residents not respecting shared spaces, not from management.

Overall love it! Been here for a few weeks now & everything seems to be going well. I will say, the trash service (thats automatically added into the rent) is supposed to come to your door & start collecting trash around 8pm, but does not always happen i'd say like 90% if the time. The door to the parking garage (sometime in the afternoon) starts to act funny and not really open when trying to go into it, which is a hassle considering i'd have to wait and hope that another car is coming soon to try and go through and maybe it will open for them. Also, made a maintenance complaint that I needed my master bedroom toilet fixed (2 weeks ago) and still hasnt been fixed, even with a follow up call.. still nothing. Other than that, I do love everything else here!!! Staff is AMAZING!!!
