I've lived here over 4 years now, and I have to say, it isn't bad. Every place has its pros and cons. I think the worst thing you'll experience here is the constant change in staff. It throws a lot off, from your lease renewals, parking situation, and enforcing the rules. The further back you live, the quieter it gets, which is nice. There isn't a whole lot of drama either, people tend to keep to themselves.
