Woodside Court

I've lived in the building for about 3 years now. Great location, great value. We've experienced quite a few maintenance issues but staff has responded appropriately and quickly. We've lost hot water a few times which has been extremely inconvenient, and we've also had a few plumbing issues. Our apartment experienced flooding during the storm through a leak in the ceiling. Despite these issues, I've had a good experience living here.

I've lived in the building for a little over two years now and it's been a great experience so far. Parking is never an issue as it's surrounded by residential areas. Maintenance is quick to respond and there's an on-site property manager. The unit is recently renovated and has updated appliances/flooring. The only thing missing is in-unit laundry, but there are two laundry rooms available for coin use. There has also been quite a bit of construction over the years, but it seems to have slowed down now that more units have finished being renovated. Overall, great location, great value in this area.

Great apartment for a great price. Interior's been recently refurbished and everything looks very modern. Parking is accessible, great location. It seems like they're in the process of remodeling multiple of their apartments and the noise from the construction is excessive/makes it real difficult to work from home or to sleep past 8am on days off. Earplugs are a necessity! Walls are thin, you can hear footsteps upstairs very clearly. Onsite property manager is great at responding to concerns promptly and she goes out of her way to address them. Maintenance also has a quick response time and most issues get resolved quickly. Aside from the noise obstructions from construction, I've really enjoyed living here so far. Great location with multiple shopping complexes being within walking distance and a very short drive to Palo Alto.
