100-150 Duane Street

Everyone is responsive; however, I have large cracks in my ceiling and walls in the guest bedroom and in my own. The painting in the guest room that meets the ceiling is very sloppy and looks unfinished. I have the paint to do it; however, I really feel that the maintenance should do the actual painting. We talked about it, and I work full-time and do not have the proper tools to do it. I have a friend who would do it for me, but I would also have to pay them. The work was done very unfinished-looking- now that I have moved in, I think I mentioned this in my note when I moved in. There is plaster coming off the cracks that show it was not finished. (especially in the guest room) I would also like to be able to paint the large cracks on my roof deck. Those need to be touched up, and I could probably do those myself if there were leftover gray paint. The railings on the outside need white paint as well. I can do these little things, but the room painting is too much. I am surprised that the upkeep of the inside is not better. It is a great building, but it could look better. I love my place; the roof deck makes it the best. I am a realtor, and sorry to be picky, but those large cracks are tacky.

We recently moved into our apartment with our little dog. We love where we live. My wife walks to work downtown and I take Cal-Train. We often walk into town and get dinner. The building is old but the apartment is in good condition and clean. The price is "good", in comparison to other prices in the area.
