We're happy with our unit and complex in general. The maintenance issues could be attended a bit quicker. The late fee applied to payments is not fair, especially for trustworthy tenants like us. Once in a while, we may be late for a couple of days if we're traveling or have an emergency, etc. We can't put it on auto-payment, either, because we have to review the charges every month. When we have an accuse, it should be waived. We still see a charge from November in our account that hasn't been voided. Please take care of that asap.

We like our unit in general. Maintanence is good but could be more prompt: Our street-side light on the building has been off for several months. Even though I notified our manager 3-4 months ago, it hasn't been fixed yet. Other leakage and toilet problems has been solved fairly quickly.

It's a central location. The townhouse is a little tight for us but 2-car garage stores a lot of our things. The outside insulation of the building is none to existing; it transfers the heat or cold right inside. It's nicely renovated but some materials are on the cheaper side, so they break easily. For example, our washer/dryer broke after the 1st year; it got replaced in 4 weeks. The shower faucet and handle broke due to calk build-up, and I had to wait about a year to get somebody to replace them. I had to buy the replacement parts myself, cause nobody knew where to find it. Finally, the new vinyl flooring is releasing a strange odor, and it gives me sinus congestion constantly, and causes headaches.

We love living here. Space is little tight, bathrooms are small, but 2-car garage is a big help. I contacted you last year about our shower faucet problem, but no one got back to us. I'll address that again by filling another service appt. I'm hoping this time, we'll get a prompt response.
