Overall, I am very happy living here, but I have a couple of issues that I would like to see addressed. The first is the landscaping around my apartment. There was once a water feature here, but it was drained over two years ago and never refilled. What we have is an unsightly dry riverbed with piles of dirt in it. I don't use my patio because it looks out on this ugly scene. It is a real disappointment.
The other issue I have is with parking. There is only one visitor spot for our group of apartment buildings. People who are residents park in the space for days at a time. Any visitors I have must park out on the street, which is often full. I wish that everyone had to have a parking sticker on all of their cars, business vehicles, trucks, etc., even if they have a garage. That way, we could see when a resident was actually using the visitor spot.
