While the property is cleaner and has become quieter in the few years I have lived here, everything else has gotten worse. The swimming pool has been closed nearly 85% of the last 5 years, the washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken, and there is a resident with a huge dog that makes a lot of noise. The swimming pool should be open, there are no more mask mandates in L.A. county and summer is coming. The dryers need to be completely replaced. I have NEVER been late on my rent and I never missed a payment during the COVID relief period. However, my rent was raised while amenities were taking from me and my children. I believe that was inappropriate and unfair. I would love to have a discussion with someone regarding the fore mention issues. feel free to contact me.

The pool has been closed the majority of the two years I have lived here, my roof leaks every year, i have had broken blinds for months now. Calvin has done a great job at managing but I think he is limited by ownership.

Apartment does not do yearly check ins or upgrades as I am use to with other units I have resided in. Generally maintenance comes in to see if carpet needs shampooing, light fixtures need to be checked, etc., but that’s not completed her. Apartment is lived in and continues to get run down not towards the means of not being livable but just it’s lived in and there is no check ups on the unit

I'm very satisfied with my apartment and the general location, close to shopping and restaurant accessibility. Easy to get to the malls and movie theaters. Nothing bad to say about my neighbors. On-site manager is always curtious, polite and respectful. Has been very helpful.
