V Good 16 one story & private villas & 12(?) private 1 story Studios T BAD , V Unstable Staff: I Office 2-3 Temp.s & 3-4 Full Times have cone & Gone since 7/1/2021 Can’t keep a Good especially AC qualified AC tech . Important since six 60% + of All AC Condensers R Original from Sox 2002 & way UNDERSIZED to Current Bldg Codes . Mine goes out every year for ~5 yrs & they Cont to Band Aid despite L (max aox 10%/yr) Price increase Since Covid .. Aox 20% Briwn grass & dead/dying plants DESPITE Residents Pay 80% of TOTAL Community Water Bill since November (plus trash & sewer bills started November) UGLY Institutional /Govt /IRS type COMMON Hallways lead to ALL Sox 48 Trad’l Aot’mt Entrys & stacked in 3,two story bldgs V AUTHORITARIAN “Mgmt” 1. February I came home after 2 week holiday to see all items from my private, separate, enclose water heater closet PUT ON MY IPEN TO PUBLIC ON 2 Sides Patio & a note taped to door We Have Removed All Residents items from Water Closet For POTENTIAL Fire Hazard abatement 2. Nov nite taped to door: Beginning Next month Residebts must pay Water, Trash Sewer. Period 3. I ask how U know MY water consumption since NO separate meter on ANY Unit? ANS.:U pay 1/8 of the BLDG Warer bill as 8 Villas in my Bldf; despite IM OUT OF TOWN 6-8 weeks/year , mostly Summer when water use highest & IM AT THE BEACH

I wish the apartments would have walk in showers rather than tubs. The older I get the harder it is to get in the tub. I also wish we could put stack washer/dryer in the closet next to the bathroom in the villas. The landscaping is inproving, but get rid of the bark. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their responsiveness.

The apartment across the hall 122c has a dog that is barking non- stop for hours. I mean non stop. I got home at 1 today it is now 4:30 and it is still barking. I don't mean periods of barking I mean non-stop. It does not take a breath even just barking barking barking barking barking barking barking. I work at 4 in the morning and would like to take a nap when I get home. I can not . Something must be done. I have complained already and it is still going on and nothing has been done. Please address this situation asap! It would be appreciated.
