Aox 20% Briwn grass & dead/dying plants DESPITE Residents Pay 80% of TOTAL Community Water Bill since November (plus trash & sewer bills started November)

1. February I came home after 2 week holiday to see all items from my private, separate, enclose water heater closet PUT ON MY IPEN TO PUBLIC ON 2 Sides Patio & a note taped to door We Have Removed All Residents items from Water Closet For POTENTIAL Fire Hazard abatement
2. Nov nite taped to door: Beginning Next month Residebts must pay Water, Trash Sewer. Period
3. I ask how U know MY water consumption since NO separate meter on ANY Unit?
ANS.:U pay 1/8 of the BLDG Warer bill as 8 Villas in my Bldf; despite IM OUT OF TOWN 6-8 weeks/year , mostly Summer when water use highest & IM AT THE BEACH
