Overall, I like living here and have had a positive experience so far. The unit itself is nice, and its location within the community is a benefit because the shade from the palm trees helps reduce the intensity of the heat during the day.
The community is generally quiet. The only noise issue comes from the upstairs unit when residents walk barefoot or occasionally stomp on the floor. Other than that, I do not hear much noise from neighboring units.
The gym is well maintained, but it would be helpful to add more equipment that targets different muscle groups, particularly for leg and arm workouts.
The pool appears clean and well maintained. However, many of the chair cushions seem old, worn, and in need of replacement. Additionally, whenever we use the pool area, there is often a staff member spraying water on the deck. This sometimes occurs very close to where residents are sitting, creating an inconvenience and potentially putting personal items such as cell phones at risk, especially since there are no small tables available to place belongings.
One challenge is the parking situation. The assigned parking spaces are quite far from the unit, approximately 700 feet away, which can be inconvenient when carrying groceries or other items.
Another factor is the property's location next to the I-10 freeway. As a result, freeway noise is constant and particularly noticeable during the nighttime hours.
Despite these concerns, I am satisfied overall and enjoy living here. I appreciate the community, the condition of the unit, and the overall environment.

I started moving here in April 2026. Within this community, I really feel safe. With the gates and the constant security drive bys, I definitely feel safe and secured. My favorite amenity is the gym. 90% of regular gym machines are located here with a sauna, steam room, and lockers!! Definitely would recommend being here since the rooms come with a washer and dryer. Lots of perks here, can't complain :)
