Former Resident

This is a public safety message advising all potential future residents of this building of the lack of strudutreal integrity inherent to this huilding. During the first month of my tenancy at the Vespr AN ENTIRE WINDOW and FRAME FELL OUT of my 15th story apartment unit. Due to quick thinking from a comrade who was visiting, I was able to secure the massive frame as it was falling out by cantalivering with rope and climbing equipment. Due to this resident's intervention (not of Vespr), the window was secured just inches away from falling and possibly resulting in the maiming or deaths of individuals hundreds of feet below on the pool deck. Nota bene: my unit on the 15th floor was immediately above the walkway to the pool area - where children and adults alike are gathered at most any point of the day. The response from Vespr was lackluster - no apparent understanding for the significance of the event, no compensation for an uninhabitable structure per California State law. I was without a window for about a month on the blustery 15th floor - the company who replaced the window are based in Seattle and LA, could only come on distal, select dates. Once finally repaired the contractor indicated that the window as "underscrewed." Well, the only thing "screwed" was me by living at this miserable, gossipy, apartment complex and I'd recommend for your own safety you avoid living here at all costs!!
