apt living

We've been here 3 1/2 months. The apts are bigger than what you would expect an apt size to be. Have been using the gym facilities, a little on the small side but there are several machines for a full workout. There are grills in the pool area which is nice. Staff is consistent with keeping you informed about work orders that are happening around the complex. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to issues that you send in for repairs. We experienced a major water issue from an upstairs apt that was handled quickly. There is a park within walking distance and small shopping center nearby. Freeway access on the 215 is close as well.
