Hi Team, Thanks for giving the opportunity to hear our voice. I have been staying this property for a long time. I used to really wish to stay as long as I can. But my mind is changing now. There are several reasons cause it and I appreciate you could seriously consider it. 1. The property doesn't allow to have pets. But a lot of people have dogs, cats now. My mom is over 70 years old. If there is anything happened. that would be a disaster... 2. #17 is still parking their car on the side way. The side way is their parking space. 3. People grasp things that doesn't belong to them. We temporarily put our cloth hanger in the backyard. Someone just took it. I don't think such thing have ever happen at this property before this new management come in. The new tenants are not as nice as before. 4. The property clean up is not as good as before. There is nobody cleaning stairs to 2nd floor. 5. People put their garbage in the backyard and block the way. Overall, I think evaluate who to be resident is very important and have hard guidance is important. I have been living here for almost 2 years, my apartment is very nice and well maintained, plenty of of parking on the street if you need to, neighbors are very quiet and respectful, defiantly would recommend
