I didn't receive my lease agreement before moving in. On the move in date, I found out that cleaning was not done, the janitor only did simple cleaning (wiped the floor) on the spot while me and my movers were busy moving. There are still many paint stains on the floor. The washer/dryer was extremely small, too small to wash stuff like jackets or bed sheets..leasing agents promised that they will change them before I move in, which was one of the main reasons I submitted my application and made the deposit rapidly, but it didn't happen. I tried to communicate these matters to the leasing manager, they sound indifferent, neither helpful nor friendly (tho leasing agents were friendly). My unit faces Haven Ave, which has very heavy traffic in the morning, and all cars are coming from the mobile park next door, the cars are mostly pickup trucks, almost impossible to fell asleep again. Lights from Porsche dealer across the road are on the whole night, you ll need thick curtains. Units facing inside will see the High voltage power tower, probably bad for your health. The only upside is that the place is spacious and close to a few tech companies, but the rent is not cheap at all (mine is $4600/m), if you are not working for Meta or Snowflake, you really don't have to live here.
