LAKESHORE GARDENS

There’s a lot of wear and tear that needs to be replaced but not approved. that tells me the owners are shitty! Yara does not have good Customer Service she is rude! The Gate should be fixed in the front. The people who own these places do not take pride in their rentals or car about how they look.

I have lived at Lakeshore Meadows/Gardens for the past 12 years. We have spent time on the apartment side and we have spent a majority of our time living on the town home side. Over the years the town homes, apartments and the property/amenities have aged and not been kept up with. Maintenance is also an issue. Although, our issues are addressed in a timely manor the quality is sub par and below average. For example we have several fences that have fallen, are breaking or just need to be replaced. I have seen first hand our fences "patched" with an old used fence boards that are "temporary" but never get the permanent fix they need. That is just one example. Our rent keeps increasing yet our amenities, lack of upgrades and maintenance continues to decrease. The property is advertised to have beautiful grounds with two pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and a working gate (our gate hasn't worked in over a year). We pay for it, however, we don't have it. I understand the cost of rent is high but we pay our rent and deserve what we are promised moving into these town homes. Thank you,

I enjoy living here very much. The lawn service could do a better job but all in all it’s suffices . There is much noise right now behind the home due to development and building homes which as often loud but I still like living here as it is convenient and comfortable.
