The overall condition of the building is average to good; there are some outstanding maintenance needs like painting of the exterior, the concrete is spalding and needs to be resurfaced and sloped properly for drainage. Every time it rains there is a 2" deep puddle that you have to walk through to get to your unit. The fire sprinkler system is leaking and need to be serviced. The interior of the units are in good condition, but the maintenance staff need to be trained on how to do proper repairs as you can see the patch work from previous leaks. They are slow to respond to maintenance request and make up excuses and drag repairs out. It took over a year to perform a simple toilet repair. But for the price and area I live in its a small inconvenience compared to some other areas.

I have lived here for almost two months. I am very satisfied with maintenance upon the day they came. They were speedy and respectful of the time when they came to fix the breaker box. The parking could use some tweaking for there are cars that are parked in spaces that are not assigned. I do not understand the fee of $4.25. I reached out to the property manager, and still have not gotten a response; and that was four days ago. It is quiet during the night, so a peaceful sleep is appreciated. I hope my 2nd request for maintenance is taken. I do like it here.
