This unit is located a couple miles from Huntington Beach and Sunset Beach Main Street... located on the beach with nearby shops and restaurants.

This penthouse does have stairs to climb to get to the front door and does not have AC but you have the ocean breeze through many outlets (sliding doors, side patio door, windows) and standing fans. This condo 1 of 3 on the property - located on the top floor with nobody above.
*While staying on the beach or in a beach city penthouse has its perks, it also comes with the possibility of neighbors or nearby homes/businesses choosing to renovate/upgrade/add or remove parts of their property which can result in daytime noise or a construction-looking site. This is out of our control so please be aware it can and does happen and we can’t take responsibility or provide refunds due to this behavior*
