I’ve lived at Walnut Hills Apartments for over five years, and my experience has been consistently positive. The management team truly stands out—they’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Georgia, in particular, has been incredibly helpful anytime I’ve had questions about my account. She’s always patient, clear, and quick to follow up, which makes a big difference. The maintenance staff is just as impressive. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and efficiently, and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Esteban deserves a special mention—he’s been especially reliable, courteous, and thorough whenever he’s handled maintenance requests. Overall, Walnut Hills has been a reliable and well-managed place to live, and I appreciate the level of service and attention the team provides.

I have lived in this complex for about 7 years. I recommend living here because it is a nice quiet complex that is well kept. Maintenance crew is great and never have issues with requests. Parking can be sparce but plenty of street parking as well.

even though it's not a major street, this residential street is frequently used by people going to Mission onto Jackson to the freeway so it gets busy. Then there's a school on the other end of the street so a lot of people would take this street from Mission up to the school instead of 2nd. So there's actually a lot of car traffic for such a small street. Also, even though there are speed bumps, a lot of people don't care and flies down the street to then slam on the brakes because it's a sharp downhill turn or at the other end "roll" through the stop sign to get to 2nd street.
