It is a nice smaller complex. Leasing office is not as good with follow through communication when amenities require service - they do not notify when service is completed and amenities can be used again.

Profit-driven management keen on cutting corners and amenities that have butted heads with several residents - friendly but minimal maintenance leads to disrepair and services and amenities such as laundry, lighting, cameras, gating, public areas, safety railing, public items, being broken or missing for months at a time. With all that being said, it's a okay apartment in a nice but loud city location.

Management is attempting to wrongly sell/convert the public clubhouse to more apartments to generate more ROI/ net income instead of using the higher rent to reinvest into upgrades and fixing our old property- the amenity . This is against the rules, and you pay for the clubhouseas part of the leas agreement. This in legal terms, diminution of rented value. the unit you rented is lesser in value , less desirable as the amenity is proposed to be taken away. Beyond losing a community space, no more wifi, and possible guest parking. This is a causation for rent compensation or breach of contract. Please file complaints to www.rwselby.com/contract.
